The latest report on "Philippine IT Industry Update" series written by SpiceWorx for JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) is now available from JETRO website in Japanese and in English. The latest issue is a special report from Philippine Open Source Summit held in Cebu in June 2008.

From August 4 to 13, 2008, SpiceWorx conducted a quick survey on Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA) member companies' Software Service Export to Japanese market, sponsored by Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) Manila Center. SpiceWorx successfully completed the research/study on Philippines' BPO/IT Services Industry for Nomura Research Institute (NRI) Manila Branch.

SpiceWorx successfully delivered Overseas Distributors' Portal, Forum and Resource Center Website for a Japanese chemical prducts manufacturer Company A in partnership with Advanced World Systems (AWS) in Japan. Combining various open source technologies in deploying the functionality such as Content Management System, Forum Application, Image Gallery Slide Show, among others, SpiceWorx and AWS delivered the project in one month time.

Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA) launched a Japanese version website designed by BlastAsia, translated, implemented and hosted by SpiceWorx with sponsorship from Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO). .
