SpiceWorx and G&S Global Human Resource Development Training Program is Now Accredited by JISAThe Japan Information Technology Services Industry Association (JISA), the largest IT services industry association in Japan with over 500 member companies, announced last October 27, 2011 that they will launch "Global Training Partnership Program" from November 1, 2011. Under this program, JISA endorses to its members only the reputable and reliable training providers that have proven track records of excellent program delivery to major JISA member companies and passed their evaluation screening. JISA accredited the Global Human Resource Development Training Programs in the Philippines, organized and coordinated by SpiceWorx in partnership with G&S in Japan. We are one of the only six providers accredited by JISA for their "Global Training Partnership Program". As Japanese IT services providers and software vendors accelerate their globalization, they are facing a pressing need for developing human resources that are capable of driving their global business. Our programs help such Japanese IT services providers prepare their employees face the challenge of handling global business. SpiceWorx launched its Global Human Resource Development Training Programs in October 2009. The programs conducted in Manila, Philippines, offer unique global business training in a cross-cultural environment, having Japanese, Filipino and Chinese participants in one classroom. The entire program is conducted in English, taking advantage of the abundance of English speaking professional training providers and facilitators in the Philippines. As of November, 2011, 166 Japanese, 9 Chinese and 50 Filipino young professionals working in Japan and the Philippines graduated from SpiceWorx's various Global Human Resource Development Training Programs in Manila. ![]() ![]() ###
