SpiceWorx is appointed by the Information Technology Promotion Agency (IPA) of Japan to conduct a study on Philippine National IT Standard (PhilNITS) certification program implementation in the Philippines. PhilNITS is an IT engineers certification program adopted from the Japan Information Technology Engineers Examination Center (JITEC), an office under IPA. The study aims to assess/evaluate the achievement of PhilNITS certification program which has been implemented in the Philippines since 2002 and also to formulate recommendations for further expansion of the program in the country.
